What we keep

Form answers. What you enter on the quote or partner form: your name, work email, company or business, phone, what you need, the processes and materials, quantities, notes, and the campaign values (ref and utm_*) from the link you came through. For partner applications this includes the machines you list.

Files. The CAD files and drawings you upload with a quote request.

Page views and events. We count page views and a small set of events, such as a click on "Get a quote" or a form error. An event records only its name, where on the site it happened, and the environment. We don't record your IP address or anything you typed into a form.

Why

So our team can prepare your quote or review your application, send you an acknowledgement, and understand which pages and links bring people in. Page view statistics don't use cookies.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts this site, stores uploaded files and form records in a private bucket, and provides page view statistics.
• Resend delivers the notification to our team and the acknowledgement to you.
• Google Workspace runs our mailboxes, including contact@ and leads@.

Nobody can open an uploaded file without a link that expires. The links we send our team expire after seven days.

How long

Uploaded files and form records are deleted 180 days after they arrive, unless an order is placed.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write tocontact@plymetric.com from the address you used on the form, and we'll reply by email.
